Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

  • 1/2 cup diced almonds or pecans

  • 1/3 cup raw honey

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

 

Mix ingredients with hands, put a little coconut oil on your hands to knead through the mixture better until it's all blended.

 

If it is too dry to roll into balls then add a tiny bit of almond milk.

 

Finish rolling, then put them in the freezer for 15 minutes or the fridge for 30 minutes. After that they will be good to eat and your leftovers should be placed in the fridge.
