Who am i?

I am a Fitness/Nutrition Expert based out of Sherwood Park Alberta. I have over 6 years experience in the wellness industry and have been involved in a variety of athletics throughout my life.

I genuinely love what I do and love seeing my clients reactions to how much better they feel better emotionally and physically!
